The aim of the Course is to strengthen the capacity of university teachers and support teacher to conduct E-learning and manage online teaching and classroom to the students to response to modern academic challenges, as well as learn how to use modern academic tools. The project is proposed to start from 10th September 2023, and the duration is 2 weeks(Per Round), according to the plan there will be two rounds and every round will take class two days a week with 3 hours per day. President Jalal Talabani Foundation will implement the project in collaboration with University of Halabja.
